The University of Saint Joseph Mbarara (USJM) invites eligible firms and companies to apply for pre-qualification as providers of supplies, services, consultancy services and works for the financial years 2026/2027–2027/2028.

Interested applicants should open and read the Supplier Pre-Qualification Notice to view the categories, requirements and qualifications needed. Applicants should then download the Pre-Qualification Application Form, fill it in and submit it together with all the required supporting documents.

Submission Deadline: 4th December 2026 at 2:00 PM.

Note: Firms already pre-qualified by USJM are not required to reapply but should update their existing records with the necessary documents.

Download the application form, complete it and submit it to the Procurement and Disposal Unit before the deadline.
