USJM Students Embark on Experiential Learning Visit to LATO Milk

Students from the University of Saint Joseph Mbarara (USJM), pursuing BBA Year Two and BAES Year One Entrepreneurship, have undertaken an insightful study visit to Pearl Dairy Farms Limited (LATO Milk) in Mbarara City. The visit is part of the university’s commitment to Curriculum-Based Learning, offering students practical exposure to real-world business operations. During the trip, students engaged with industry processes, observed production systems, and gained valuable knowledge on entrepreneurship and agribusiness practices within one of Uganda’s leading dairy companies.
