OPPORTUNITY FOR USJM STAFF: ERASMUS+ EXCHANGE PROGRAMME IN POLAND

The University of Saint Joseph Mbarara (USJM) invites eligible staff members to apply for the Erasmus+ Exchange Programme in Poland. Under this arrangement, three (3) staff members from USJM will have an opportunity to visit the Powiślański Academy of Applied Sciences (PAAS) in Poland.

Eligibility and Application Requirements

To apply, interested staff members must meet the following requirements:

1. Be a member of staff: Applicants must be current staff members of the University of Saint Joseph Mbarara.

2. Previous participation: Applicants must not have previously benefited from the Erasmus+ Mobility Programme.

3. Contribution to international cooperation: Applicants must demonstrate how they have contributed or can contribute to the development of international cooperation.

4. Contribution to USJM: Applicants must show their contribution to the development of the University of Saint Joseph Mbarara.

5. Curriculum Vitae: Applicants must attach a recent CV to their application.

6. Valid passport: Applicants must possess a valid passport or be able to acquire one by 15th November 2026.

7. Recommendation letter: Applicants must submit a recommendation from their respective Head of Department and Faculty Dean or immediate Supervisor.

Application Procedure and Deadline

Applications should be submitted in hard copy to the Office of the Resource Mobilizer at the University of Saint Joseph Mbarara. Applicants may also contact the office via email at rm@usj.ac.ug for further information.

The application deadline is 15th November 2026. Interested and eligible staff members are encouraged to prepare their documents and submit their applications before the deadline.
