In a significant outreach effort, a delegation from the University of Saint Joseph Mbarara (USJM) visited Mabonwa Parish in Ibanda District to strengthen relationships with local stakeholders and parish leadership. The delegation was led by Mr. Daniel Tamwesigire, Vice Chairman of the USJM Pillars, alongside esteemed members such as Justice Asaph Ruhinda Ntengye and Fr. Charles Mutabaruka. The purpose of the meeting was to foster collaboration, share insights on the university's ongoing development, and discuss mutual support for community initiatives.

The delegation was warmly received by Fr. Robert Kakuru, the Parish Priest, who acknowledged the university's commitment to community engagement and development. Throughout the day, discussions focused on the importance of education, sustainable partnerships, and the role of religious and educational institutions in shaping societal progress.

This event marked another milestone in the university's mission to work closely with local communities, ensuring that the goals of education and development are aligned with the needs of the society it serves. The meeting concluded with a shared meal and heartfelt exchanges, symbolizing the unity and shared vision of all attendees.
